Day of Coordination (Event Management)

If you're shopping around, Coordination packages often mean that no matter when you book the coordinator, you will plan everything yourself, and then meet him/her 30-60 days before the wedding for you to communicate your plan and ask for advice on final details. At this point, it's often too late to redesign the timeline or other details that make or break your day. This is perfect for the last-minute bride, but doesn't allow us to provide couples with the best experience overall.

When Alena began in 2009, it was in her heart to help start couples on the right foot, so that planning came easily and she was available for questions along the way.

Our Event Management package includes your free initial consultation, 15 hours of pre-planning time for meetings, orchestrating the rehearsal, and managing all the details on the wedding day so you can savor every moment.

Exquisite Affairs (Full Service Planning)

For extravagant or elite weddings that demand all of our attention, you deserve the best the wedding world has to offer. Alena only takes a small number of these clients per year, to ensure your event will have all the attention it requires. You are guaranteed Alena will be your lead planner, and her team of assistants will be built as needed.

Sometimes, full service means planning an intimate 3-day affair for 80 guests. One of our couples invited all of their New York guests to travel and tour the diverse culture and history of Santa Fe, with the highlight being a snowy ceremony outdoors, surrounded by bonfires, at Four Seasons. Sometimes, full service means planning a mountaintop wedding at a ski resort (that has never hosted a wedding, ever!) and making sure the shuttle, the ski lift, and the live band flown in from Denver all start on time.

Whatever your dream event may be, with an MVP team, anything is possible. Recommended for couples with a budget of $100k and above. Starting at $9,000

Partial Planning

Over the years, I (Alena) have had the pleasure of orchestrating an array of weddings, from intimate backyard gatherings to lavish affairs at five-star resorts. Each event is a canvas, and I take pride in assisting you in painting your unique love story with professionalism, creativity, and personal touches that draw your guests into that narrative.

I love helping couples who want to be hands-on and involved in designing all the details. I strongly resist planners who design and plan it all and "take over." That's not me or my team. We are here to serve. Think of us as a wedding guide or doula, holding your hand and walking you through this special planning season.

I want your love story to shine. I want to be like the editor or co-author who helps you share it with your guests. Some love stories are simple and some are more complex. Because of this, we custom quote our recommended planning time after your free initial consultation. These additional planning hours are added a la carte to our base package at $75-$100/hour depending on your selected planner.

Hypothetically, if you added 20 hours of partial planning, this would put you in the price range of $3500-$5000.

We can also build custom add-ons, such as a decor setup package for $500.
